Trapped in the Ghetto is a book based on my life. I was inspired to write this book for people like myself who are still trapped in the ghetto and feel like there is no way out. I want to let those people know that as long as they have the will and the determination to free themselves from this trap of poverty, they will be free. I also want to let people know the reason that so many of them are trapped is because they are trapped in the mind. And until you free your mind, your body will still be bound in whatever situation you're in. I often tell young people that the only thing that will keep them back is themselves, because everyone is blessed with a mind to choose. Therefore we have control of our destination. Everyone in the world has the opportunity to choose where they want to be in life, and whether they want to live good or bad, or to be rich or poor. And once people have made their minds up, they are on their way to succeeding or failing. I said it before-the choice is really up to you. It's your mind, so it's your choice. Free yourself.
